SHIPPING & PROCESSING

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
My processing time is 1-3 weeks!!

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on the weight of your items.

WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH TRACKING?
As of today I'm only offering standard, untracked shipping - due to the price.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
I'll put your stickers in a cello bag with a journaling card (220gsm paper). When needed I also put in a extra piece of paper so that your package wont bend as easily. I then put the cello bag in a bubble mailer. Even though I try to protect the stickers as much as possible accidents do happen from time to time due to handling during shipping. If you have any issues - just email me att email@tuuliplans.com and I'll sort it out for you!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
*please note that these are approximate and not guaranteed. Sometimes take longer due to various circumstances*

1-3 business days to SWEDEN
3-8 business days to EUROPE
1-4 weeks to THE REST OF THE WORLD

Please allow for at least two extra weeks worldwide and three extra business days in Sweden due to COVID!

Feel free to email me if your order has not gotten to you by the time advised.

I WROTE THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN YOU HELP ME?
Yes! Just email me at email@tuuliplans.com, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can correct it for you.

CAN YOU COMBINE MY ORDERS?
Yes, but if the second order is placed days after the first, you may have to wait until the second order is finished. Please email me at email@tuuliplans.com if you want to combine your orders, or leave me a note at checkout. If your order is combined – you’ll only receive one freebie.

 

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, just make sure to email me within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email me at email@tuuliplans.com

Orders that include digital items can not be cancelled.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, you're welcome to return your order to me withing 30 days of receiving it. Please email me at email@tuuliplans.com 

Please note that any sales of discounted items and any of the oops grab bags are non-refundable and final. Any sales of custom made items are non-refundable and final, the only exception to this is if the item is damaged or faulty in any way. Digital products can not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. A full refund will only be issued if the products arrive to me in original condition.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE? 
Yes, you're welcome to make an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email me at email@tuuliplans.com

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. The replacement products will be sent when your return has gotten to me. If the products are not in original condition, the value of products you'll be sent will be lowered. You're responsible for paying for the shipping to receive your replacement products.

PAPER TYPES

WHICH PAPER TYPES DO YOU OFFER?
You can pick between matte or glossy sticker paper for most of my stickers! A few are only available in matte – due to them not cutting as nicely on glossy paper.

The matte paper is thinner, which is great if you don’t want it to bulk up your planner as much! The Glossy paper is higher quality and thicker. I always try my best to make the stickers look as similar in vibrancy in the two papers, but due to the glossy paper being a photo paper – it can look more vibrant when it comes to the colors!

 

CUSTOM STICKERS

CAN YOU MAKE ME SOMETHING CUSTOM?
Yes! But please keep in mind that I charge extra for custom sticker sheets. I don't accept coupon codes on custom orders.

This is how it works: 
1. Email me at with your requests (color, design, size etc.)
2. I'll email you back and let you know if that's something I'm able to do. I'll also give you a price and an estimated time for when I can have your design ready for production.
3. If you're okay with the price and would like me to start, I'll go ahead and create a draft and send it to you so you can give me your inputs.
4. When you've okay-ed the design I'll create a listing for you and send you the link. You'll pay via the website just as you would with any other order.
5. When you've paid the current processing time applies and then shipping time applies.

Returns are only accepted on custom orders if the stickers are damaged or faulty in any way.

 

COUPON CODE AND FREEBIE POLICY

Coupon codes can not be combined and does have to be applied at checkout – I’m not able to add it for you after your order is placed.

PR-freebies are included if the person’s name are left in the notes to seller. PR-freebies are limited to one per order. 

During sales with tiered freebies, the minimum spent is your total before shipping cost and after any discounts.

 

REWARD PROGRAM

Anyone is welcome to join the reward program! Here's how:
1. Press the ''rewards'' button in the bottom left corner. 
2. Click on the ''join now'' button. 
3. Register an account.
4. Once you've received a confirmation email you're ready to start collecting points!

If you want to receive points for your birthday you need to follow the following steps as well:
5. Press the ''rewards'' button in the bottom left corner
6. Sign in
7. Click on the ''ways to earn'' button
8. Besides ''celebrate a birthday'' you'll be able to edit the date for your birthday. NOTE: You need to register your birthday at least one month in advance to receive points for that years birthday. 

There's multiple ways to collect points. 

The following will only be rewarded once per account:
100 points when registring an account
50 points when liking the Tuuli Plans facebook page
50 points when following Tuuli Plans on instagram

The following will only be rewarded once a year per account:
300 points when celebrating your birthday. (See steps 5-8 above)

The following will be rewarded each time you place an order:
1 point for each 1SEK you spend. This does not include shipping

When you've reached 800 points you can redeem them for 50SEK to use on my website, you'll only be able to use them on my website tuuliplans.com and they can't be exchanged for money. 

To redeem your points for money to use on my site you need to do the following:
E1. Press the ''rewards'' button in the bottom left corner
E2. Sign in
E3. Click on ''ways to redeem'' if the reward doesn't appear when you've logged in.
E4. Click on ''redeem'' beside the reward.
E5. Pick how many points you'd like to redeem. (800 points = 50SEK, 1600 points = 100SEK, 2400 points = 150SEK etc.)
E6. Click ''redeem''.
E7. After picking the amount of points you'd like to redeem and them clicking the ''redeem'' button, you'll get a code to use on your next order. 
E8. Copy and paste the code into the ''gift card or discount code'' section at checkout and click ''apply''.
